Information we store

We store order IDs, the pass and price purchased, payment status, Stripe payment IDs, and the license information needed to deliver your purchase. Activation codes are encrypted in our database. Essential cookies let the browser used for purchase access its private order page. This release doesn’t use advertising or analytics cookies.

Payment information

Payments are made through Stripe Checkout. Stripe processes your card details; our website doesn’t receive them. Stripe’s privacy terms apply to its payment service. Our order service uses only the information needed to verify your payment and fulfill your order.

Trainer authorization

The Windows app uses an installation identity to bind activation to a device and verify your license online. Verification provides access to your purchase, enforces device limits, and ends access when a license expires or is revoked.

Optional fault diagnostics

Only if you opt in, the Windows client sends its version, the game file version or a PE build marker (or unknown), a feature category, a fixed error code, and a count. We associate these summaries with the license record for support. We do not upload raw logs, screenshots, game memory, file paths, character names, or activation codes. You can opt out at any time without affecting your license. Diagnostic records are retained for 30 days.

Security and essential cookies

Private order access uses an HttpOnly browser cookie. Don’t share activation codes or private browser data. Use the same browser to return to your order. We retain order and license records to provide the service, protect security, and meet applicable accounting requirements.
